BuildAFountain (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates buildafountain.com (the “Site”). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
If you submit your email address through our checklist signup form, we collect and store that email address using our email service provider, Brevo. We do not currently collect names, phone numbers, physical addresses, or payment information through this Site.
Like most websites, our hosting provider and content delivery network may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We do not currently use this information for advertising or tracking, and we do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics scripts on this Site beyond what our hosting and email providers require to operate.
How we use your information
If you sign up for our Fountain Buying Checklist, we use your email address to:
- send you a confirmation email (double opt-in) to verify your subscription;
- deliver the checklist you requested;
- send occasional related emails about fountains and water features.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-party service providers
We use the following third-party services to operate this Site and deliver the checklist:
- Brevo (email delivery and list management) — processes your email address to send you the confirmation and delivery emails. See Brevo’s privacy policy for details on how Brevo handles data.
- Our hosting provider — hosts the Site and its content.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time, which removes you from future sends. If you would like your email address deleted entirely rather than just unsubscribed, contact us using the details below and we will remove it from our list.
Children’s privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
